Nature & Found Art

$0.00

Discover the magic of transforming everyday objects and natural treasures into unique works of art. This playful and experimental workshop invites you to explore your creativity by breathing new life into forgotten items and connecting with the beauty of nature.

Bring along those small, cherished objects you can't bear to part with – perhaps you're a collector of feathers, pinecones, shells, interesting twigs, or crystal beads. Gather yarn, ribbons, and other upcyclable materials from home. We'll combine these personal finds with natural elements and create something entirely new from what might seem like "nothing."

Air-dry clay, wire, and glue will be provided to help you assemble your creations. Whether you prefer to work solo or collaborate with others in small groups, you'll have the opportunity to share materials and co-create collectively.

We'll begin the workshop with a brief meditation and movement exercise to spark inspiration and connect with our creative energy. Afterward, we'll dive into the process of making, followed by a sharing circle where we can celebrate our unique pieces, focusing on the journey of creation and the meaning behind our work, rather than solely on aesthetics.

Led by Marion, an experienced facilitator, creative arts therapist, and teacher with over 16 years of experience, this workshop offers a supportive and inspiring environment to unleash your inner artist.
