In the two upcoming introductory workshops you can get a taste of what happens with a little bit of mindfulness, creativity and a whole lot of heart. The 6-week series that start on June 6th offer an in-depth exploration and connection. These are small groups of up to 8 people. No prior artistic skills are necessary - here, creativity as a vehicle for exploration and connection.

Basic art and writing supplies are provided. We do not critique the art, and all participation is optional - you are welcome to share or just be present, create and listen. You can bring your own non-toxic art supplies.
